The expert training that is given to all of MR. BEANS’ staff is also available to the public. Gabby Magnus, a professional barista and winner of several major barista competitions, gives regular training courses in the preparation and serving of espresso coffee.

Making good espresso is no easy task, so take the chance factor out of it and take a professional barista course. The courses include the following elements.

1.     Organise and prepare work areas

2.     Provide customer service and advise customers on espresso coffee

3.     Select and grind coffee

4.     Extract coffee

5.     Texture milk

6.     Serve and present espresso coffee
